The Chinese language has existed for thousands of years and, like any language, it must change and adapt to fit the needs of its speakers as time passes. Recognizing this need, the Chinese government recently charged the People’s Glorious Commission on Language with revamping the Chinese language, including a complete overhaul of many outdated glyphs. Here are some of the commission’s most controversial recommendations for new characters:
Seizure
Anger
Laziness
Falling asleep while taking notes
Freud
Bad Acting
Rorschach
(Yes, I know I just made a Rorschach joke, but come on, this site is free.)
